including uniforms, aircraft models, guns and photos. The museum is open from Monday
through Saturday.
Gamble House
Located within the Spruce Creek Preserve, owned by the Nature
Conservancy and managed by the Museum of Arts and Sciences, it includes the hunting and
fishing cottage built by James N. Gamble in 1907, his citrus-packing plant, gardens,
gazebo and dock. After his grand-children fell in love with the Disney movieSnow
White, his son-in-law added the Snow White Cottage and Witchs Hut in 1938. Off

Halifax Historical Society
